this Manual. Adherence to these recommended procedures will minimize the potential for costly “downtime” and

Interlock Start (ILS) Manual Control:

PUSH-TO-START

feature prevents the Fryer from spontaneously restarting

after a power interruption until a push-to-start button is pressed by the User. This functionality is a code

requirement in some jurisdictions (primarily LA County, CA). Consult local code officials to determine requirement.

This functionality is already built into the Computer Controller version.
