Cleaning

Model: WOG-MP-VH

This section describes cleaning the Filter Pan and refreshing the paper filter media after the Boil-Out Procedure has

been completed.

1. Follow the Normal Shut-Down procedure, see

Section 5.08

2. Remove the Drain Extension pipe

3. Disconnect Hose and remove the Filter Pan

②

4. Using the provided Crumb Scoop, remove the

accumulated filter residue from around the edges of

the Hold-Down Frame

③

and from filter media

surface.

5. Rotate all four (4) Levers

④

to disengage Hold-

Down Frame from the Filter Pan. Lift and remove

Hold-Down Frame from Pan. Clean frame, rinse and

dry thoroughly.

6. Grasp the end of Filter Paper

carefully roll up

both sheets and then discard. Avoid dropping any of

the filter residue into the Pan.

7. Remove the Screen

Wash, rinse and dry

thoroughly.

9. Thoroughly wash, rinse and dry the Filter Pan

Be sure to drain all water from the Filter pan piping

and hose.

10. Reassemble Filter Pan using two (2) fresh sheets of

Filter Paper media.

11. Reposition Filter Pan Assembly in Fryer cabinet,

reinstall the Drain Extension pipe and reconnect

Filter Pan Hose to coupling.

Discard (2)

used, replace

with (2) fresh.

6.02 Cleaning Filter Pan & Refreshing Filter Media after Boil-Out

Wear thermal protection to protect hands from potentially hot parts.
