Manual Control Fryer - Alarms and Resolution

Certain conditions, which can cause unsafe

operation or damage to the unit, such as open

drain, missing filters, etc. will sound an alarm

tone and/or turn

warning indicator lights.

Power to the heating elements is turned

OFF

until alarm condition is corrected.

NOTE: Manual control Fryers do not have all of

the alarm features and digital readouts; Fryer

alarms are signaled only by indicator lights and

audible signal.
