Fryer Operation

Model: WOG-MP-VH

EAC Filter Check

• Remove the EAC Cell

(Section 5.07.1.2 [C])

and replace the Access Cover. Turn

power; confirm that

Selector Switch is in the

[OFF]

position.

•

Computer Controller:

All 3 LED lights will turn

. A constant tone alarm will begin to sound; the

should read

“ERROR ALARM - CLEAN THE EAC”

. Place the Selector Switch in the

[COOK]

position;

the amber Heat Light should

not

turn

ON.

•

Manual Controls:

All 3 LED lights will turn

. After approximately two (2) minutes, a beeping tone

alarm will begin to sound

Place the Selector Switch in the

[COOK]

position; the amber Heat Light should

not

turn

ON.

• Return Selector Switch and Power Switch to

[OFF]

and reinstall the EAC Cell

(Section 5.07.1.2 [D])

Charcoal Filter Check:

• Remove the Charcoal Filter

(Section 5.07.1.2 [E])

and replace the Access Cover. Turn

power; confirm

that Selector Switch is in the

[OFF]

position.

Computer Controller:

Monthly Hood Interlock Testing - continued

Filter Clogged Check:

• Place the Power Switch in the

[ON]

position and the Selector Switch in the

[COOK]

position so that oil in

Fryer is heating and amber Heat Light is

• Position a piece of filter paper, or other suitable material, over the Baffle Filter so that the entire area is

covered and sealed off. Alternative method is to completely block the Hood exhaust on top.

•

Computer Controller:

After a few seconds, a constant tone alarm should sound; the

Upper Display

should read

“ERROR ALARM - CLOGGED FILTER”

. Should hear the element relay open and the amber

Heat Light should turn

OFF.

•

• Return all switches to the

[OFF]

positions and remove the blockage.

Access Cover:

• Place the Power Switch in the

[ON]

position. Allow unit to power up and enter

PREHEAT

mode (fan

running, oil heating). Unlatch and lift front of Cover away from Hood. Appliance should shutdown

completely

• Replace and latch Cover.
