Function

Quick-Disconnect, Filter

Pan Hose

Connects the Filter Pan hose into the Fryer oil filtration system.

Drain Valve Handle

Opening this Valve drains the cooking vat. Always ensure the valve is closed

prior to adding cooking oil or starting a boil-out procedure.

IMPORTANT! The

heating elements will NOT heat unless the Drain Valve is completely closed,

or will TURN OFF should valve be opened while Selector Switch is in the

[COOK] position.

Diverter Valve Handle Directs the discharge from the Filter Pump to either the cooking vat or the

waste cooking Oil Discharge Hose.

Cabinet Door

Allows access all lower cabinet functions.

Quick-Disconnect, Oil

Discharge Hose

Connects the Waste Oil Discharge Hose to the Fryer pump system for

removing waste oil for disposal.

Drain Pipe Extension

Provided to help prevent excessive oil splash and splatter when draining oil from

the cook vat into the Filter Pan. The pipe extension should only be loosely

attached (barely hand-tight) before draining oil. It must be removed before

Filter Pan can be remove easily;

if left in place, it may be difficult to slide the

Filter Pan from the cabinet.
