Boil-Out Procedure

Perform a Boil-Out Procedure to remove dirt/debris that may have accumulated during shipment, or residue remaining

from manufacturing processes. See

Section 6.01, Boil-Out Procedure.

After the Boil Out procedure has been

completed, proceed to

Section 4.06

Initial Cleaning - Fryer, Filter Pan & Accessories

Disassemble and thoroughly clean the Filter Pan Assembly (all components) to remove dirt/debris that may have

accumulated during shipment, or residue remaining from manufacturing processes. See

Section 6.02, Cleaning the

Filter Pan & Refreshing Filter Media

Wash accessory items (Cook Baskets, Basket Rack, Basket Hangers, Fryer Tools, etc) in warm soapy water, rinse and dry

thoroughly.

Inspect unit for adhesive protective plastic film which may remain on the some surfaces. Some of this film typically

remains as added protection during shipment. Remove all such material and clean the entire exterior with a good

quality stainless steel cleaner/polish.

DO NOT use cleaners that are abrasive or contain caustic chemicals.
