water level in the basket, working with
the water available for rinse while still
meeting government mandated water
usage requirements.

Clothing items are left in an orientation
which facilitates faster, lower water level
rinsing.

Addition of cycle time is prevented
through not spinning.

they are using liquid fabric softener.
