Did you connect the scanner to a wireless access point?
Solution
Check that the scanner is connected to a wireless access point in the following procedure:
1
On the touch screen, press → [Scanner Settings] → [How to connect].

On the [How to connect] screen, check that [Wi-Fi] is selected.

On the touch screen, press → [Scanner Settings] → [Network] → [Wi-Fi] → [Wi-Fi
Diagnosis].

In the [Wi-Fi Diagnosis] screen, check that the scanner is connected to the correct wireless access
point.
If the scanner is not connected to the correct wireless access point, reconnect the scanner to the
correct wireless access point.

On the touch screen, press → [Scanner Settings] → [Network] → [Wi-Fi] → [Access Point].

On the [Access Point] screen, select the configuration method.

By following the window displayed, connect the scanner to a wireless access point.

Enable the wireless connection environment on the computer that you use.
