Insert the included CD-ROM disk into a PC

Once the CD-ROM disk is inserted into the PC,
the

setup) window should automatically appear on
the PC’s monitor. If that window does not
appear, refer to the “Readme” file (text format)
inside the root folder on the CD-ROM.

Follow the instructions to
install the software

Once BeatJam has been completely installed,
you will need to restart the PC.
Prepare the music files using one of the following
procedures. For details on the operation procedures
of BeatJam, refer to the BeatJam Instruction Manual.

Insert a music CD into a PC.
･
Register MP3 or other music files in your BeatJam
library.
Connect FOMA terminal to PC after setting FOMA
terminal to the miniSD mode and transfer the music
data via BeatJam.
･
Calls and i-mode communication, etc., will not be
possible while the FOMA terminal is in the miniSD
mode.
･
Be conscious of the battery level when
transferring music files. If the battery runs out
during transfer, the miniSD memory card may be
damaged and/or the data not transferred
properly. There is a possibility of the battery
running out when transferring a large volume of
music data, so it is best to transfer such data over
multiple operations.
