MEAS_OFFSET?
(IEEE-488, RS-232)
Returns the capacitance measurement offset (in farads).
MULT
(IEEE-488, RS-232, Overlapped)
(Multiply command) Multiplies the reference magnitude (as selected with the EDIT
command). The reference magnitude is the present output in direct mode and the
reference in error mode.
Parameter: Floating point number acts as a multiplier.
Example: MULT 1.9
If the output is 10 V with error mode off and you send the command, “MULT 1.9,” the
output changes to 19 V.
NEWREF
(IEEE-488, RS-232)
(New Reference command) Sets the new reference to be the present 5820A Calibrator
output value and exit the error mode (if selected). For example, you might edit the 5820A
Calibrator output using the EDIT and INCR commands, and then use the NEWREF
command to establish a new reference point and exit the error mode. This is the same as
pressing the 5820A Calibrator front panel

Example: NEWREF
Set the reference value to the current 550A Calibrator output value.
OLDREF
(IEEE-488, RS-232, Overlapped)
(Old Reference command) Sets the 5820A Calibrator output to the previously
programmed reference value and exit the error mode (if selected). This is the same as
pressing the
b
key in local operation.
Parameter: (None)
Example: OLDREF
Set the output to the existing reference value, clearing editing changes.
