Troubleshooting

If you have followed the procedures on the preceding pages, you should by now have set
up at least one VNE 250 encoder and one VND 250 decoder, and be able to display the
source (encoder) signal on the display (decoder). If not, this section helps to diagnose most
problems you may encounter.
If there are problems with the VN-Matrix system, you can find information about the problem
from these sources:

Controller Web User Interface

Use the

Troubleshooting Guide

(see page 118) to determine what the problem is.
