Chapter 2 Installing InterPBX Communication System
After you finish installing the SoftPhone, the shortcut of SoftPhone will
appear on the Program Files list and the desktop.
3. Install USB Phones (Optional)
You can use the SoftPhone with headset and microphone. S300X USB Phone
can also help you use the SoftPhone more conveniently. Before you install the
USB Phone, please make sure that you have installed the SoftPhone and place
the DSG installation CD on your CD-ROM. Please DO NOT connect the USB
Phone to your computer before you finish the SoftPhone software installation.
Operation System is Windows 2000 or XP:
Plug the USB phone’s connector into the USB port of your computer.
After the USB phone is connected, a window of “Discover New
Hardware” will pop-out and start to install the driver of USB phone.
Please follow the following procedures to execute the system check in
order to make sure the installation has finished.
4. System Check
The following procedures can help you make sure that your USB hone is
installed correctly.
Click “Start” at the left bottom of your screen, select “Setup” and then click
“Control Panel.” On the window of “Control Panel”, select and click
“System” icon.
