2.6.4 Testing alarm tone muting (Silence)
Test set-up:

• Set the minute volume adjuster (MV) to 10 L/min.
• Set the frequency selector (Freq.) to 10 1/min.
• Detach the test lung from the ventilation valve.
The Oxylog 1000 emits an audible alarm. The „Paw low“ indicator lights up
red.
• During the inhalation phase press the „Alarm silence“ key.
The audible alarm stops. The „Alarm silence“ indicator lights up yellow.
After a maximum of 2 minutes the audible alarm sounds again.
