When Number B of 2in1 is changed or the FOMA card is
exchanged (2in1 subscriber

2in1 subscriber), set 2in1 function
OFF, and perform 2in1 setting once again to receive the correct
Number B.
When a FOMA card exchange (2in1 subscriber

nonsubscriber) is performed, set 2in1 function OFF.
