Fault
Short circuit is detected between the IGBT module upper bridge and
lower bridge.
corrective action
Contact the dealer or manufacturer to return the motor drive to the
factory for repair.

Hardware failure in over-current detection

Contact the dealer or manufacturer to return the motor drive to the
factory for repair.

corrective action
1. Check if the input voltage falls in the rated AC motor drive
input voltage range.
2. Check for possible voltage transients.
3. If DC bus over-voltage is due to regenerative voltage,
increase the Acceleration Time or add an optional brake
resistor.
