Phasing Position Address Setup

If you are using the PMAC Expansion Pack to interface motors commutated by PMAC, the Ix83 variable
setup must be adjusted. Ix83 is the parameter which tells PMAC which register to get its commutating
information from for motor x on an ongoing basis. When using the PMAC-Pack and Expansion Pack,
Ix83 should be modified as follows:
