Following the optional physical inspection, the ECG test sequence begins. At each step of the test sequence,
the display of ES601-US will indicate the waveform and output amplitude or "scale" of the ECG simulator.
The displayed amplitude corresponds to peak QRS on Lead II of the ECG.

Throughout the ECG AutoSequence,

PASS

,

FAIL

and

FAULT FOUND AND CORRECTED

buttons

are available. Pressing the

PASS

button indicates the DUT responds correctly to the waveform output by

the ECG simulator.

FAIL

indicates the waveform is not correctly displayed on the DUT. Pressing the

FAULT FOUND AND CORRECTED

button means that a problem seen with the DUT was resolved by

the user (for example, a bad lead may have been replaced).

Upon completion of the ECG AutoSequence, operation of ES601-US will depending on settings configured
via the SYSTEM SETTINGS menu. After a test sequence has ended the user may be optionally prompted
to input concluding comments about the ECG test as well as a labor time ("user time"). After saving the
Test Record, the user may be prompted to print a PM tag or label, which can then be applied to the
equipment tested. Refer to Section 6.1
