3.2 System Settings Menu #1

Press the

SYSTEM SETTINGS

button on the MAIN MENU to view or modify the configuration of

ES601-US. System settings are distributed across three menus (#1, #2 and #3), with the third menu
allowing for password protection.

The buttons provided on Systems Settings Menu #1 are:

STARTUP MODE:

Determines whether or not ES601-US performs a test of the AC supply voltage
at power-on. The default is "do not test".

EDIT SAFETY:

Enters a menu for editing the settings of Safety AutoSequences. Refer to
Section 3.6, following.

COMPUTER
INTERFACE:

Enters a menu for uploading instrument configuration data (AutoSequences;
Checklists; equipment control number lists) into ES601-US, as transmitted by a
personal computer (PC) running the ES601pc-US software program. This menu
is also used for downloading test data from ES601-US, into the ES601pc-US
program. Buttons provided on the COMPUTER INTERFACE menu are used
to select the physical connection to the PC, as follows:
