The Test Report prior reflects a full PM inspection of a defibrillator, and provides a good example of the
potential capabilities of ES601-US. The prior results were obtained by executing Checklist #89, which was
created and loaded into ES601-US memory by means of the Checklist Editor of the ES601pc-US software
package.
According to the above report, Checklist #89 includes: measurement of earth leakage current; touch
current; patient leakage current (ECG leads and paddles); testing of ground resistance; visual inspection of
the defibrillator chassis, paddles, ECG leads, battery, and chart recorder; performance tests of the ECG
monitor; tests of the defibrillator output energy; tests of the transcutaneous pacemaker output; and tests of
the Defibrillator's built-in pulse oximeter by means of an AutoSequence designed to automatically operate
the Datrend Systems Oxitest Plus 7 pulse oximeter tester.
