Manual Testing

5.1 Manual Mode Display

The

MANUAL MODE

button on the MAIN MENU of ES601-US enters a menu which permits the

electrical safety analyzer to be operated manually. The MANUAL MODE menu also provides access to a
submenu for manually operating the ECG simulator, via the

ECG MENU

button

5.2 Data Buffer

As safety measurements are performed in MANUAL MODE, each measurement result may be copied to a
temporary data buffer. Current contents of the buffer may be viewed from the MANUAL MODE menu via
the

VIEW DATA

button. When manual testing is complete, a non-volatile Record of the results stored in

the data buffer may then be created, by pressing the

SAVE RECORD

button.

Returning to the MAIN MENU will cause the temporary data buffer to be

erased

. If you wish to save

results obtained during manual testing, do so via the

SAVE RECORD

button before returning to the

MAIN MENU.
