Enter Advanced FTP parameters:

Passive FTP Port Range
—You can use the default port range (55536-
56559) or define a port range higher than 1024.

Respond with external IP address for passive FTP connection request

You can enable this function when a remote computer is not able to connect
to the FTP server using a WAN connection where the FTP server is behind a
router/firewall. When this function is enabled the FTP server returns the
manually specified IP address or automatically detects the external IP
address so that the remote computer can connect to the FTP server
successfully.
