TIME ACTIVITY ANALYSIS 

Setup Information 

The CAPTUS

®

 2000 also has a special module which permits the user to make repeated 

measurements at timed intervals.  The resulting count data can be displayed either in a 
graph or tabular form, printed, and saved to disk. 
 
The Time Activity Analysis program uses ROI’s which are set in the MCA mode.  Check that 
the ROI’s are correct, and modify them as needed for use in the Time Activity Analysis mode.  
To enter the time activity mode select

in the upper menu bar of the CAPTUS

®

 

2000 MCA screen, and Figure 10-20 will appear. (If no ROI has been set, the software will 
respond with a reminder to define an ROI in the MCA mode before beginning any 
measurements.)
