Use the trackball indicator or the 

Tab

 key to move from one text box to another and enter the 

requested information.  Patient demographic data includes Last Name, First Name,  Middle 
Initial, Date of Birth, ID, Height, Weight, and Physician.  Middle Initial, Date of Birth, Height 
and Weight fields are optional and do not need to be completed.  Since the normal ranges 
are dependent upon the individual patient's stature, the CAPTUS

®

 2000 does include normal 

ranges for Blood Volume.  However, the patient's height and weight, if entered, will be 
included on the printed report.  You may enter any combination of up to 16 alphanumeric 
characters for First and Last Names, ID, or Physician fields. 
 
Once the patient demographic information has been entered, the testing information must be 
entered under the Dose Data column.  Select either Cr51 or I 125 from the Isotope list by 
typing either C or I, or using the trackball.  Enter the lot number and activity of the dose to be 
administered.  For use with the Mallinckrodt Procedure, use the following default parameters:
