To proceed with the patient’s plasma sample count, place the plasma sample in the well
counter and select the
OK button. To cancel the procedure, select the Cancel button, and
Figure 8-40 will appear. After the count is completed, Figure 8-39 will appear and require
confirmation of the data.
Once all of the samples counts have been completed, Figure 8-37 will appear again.
PROCEDURE COMPLETE will appear in blue at the bottom of the spectral display area, and
only the
EXIT button will be active. Choose the EXIT button to return to the Main Blood
Volume Test screen.
Test Results
After completion of the measurement process, all of the raw count data and calculated test
results will appear in the appropriately labeled boxes on the patient data screen.
When using the Cr51 test protocol, results are calculated as follows:
