FHR Variability Coefficient
The
FHR Variability Coefficient
parameter determines the variability present in the fetal heart rate
signal. When set to modeled, the variability will be dependent on the fetus’ oxygen levels and the fetal
state. This parameter is not defined in bpm, it is a unitless factor.

Umbilical Cord Compressibility Factor
The
Umbilical Cord Compressibility Factor
determines how susceptible the umbilical cord is to
compression through uterine contractions. The primary use of this parameter is to introduce variable
decelerations to the fetal heart rate signal due to uterine contractions. The parameter also allows for
the scaling of these decelerations.

: 0 - 2.0
FHR Acceleration Amplitude
The
FHR Acceleration Amplitude
parameter determines the amplitude of the accelerations in the fetal
heart rate signal. When set to modeled, it is dependent on the fetus’ oxygen levels and the fetal state.
The acceleration amplitude has some variability associated with it. This parameter is defined in bpm.

: 0 bpm - 20 bpm
FHR Acceleration Interval
The
FHR Acceleration Interval
parameter determines the interval between the accelerations in the
fetal heart rate signal. When set to modeled, it is dependent on the fetal state. The acceleration interval
has some variability associated with it. This parameter is defined in minutes.

: 1 min - 40 min
FHR Acceleration Duration
The
FHR Acceleration Duration
parameter determines the duration of the accelerations in the fetal
heart rate signal. When set to modeled, it is dependent on the fetal state. The acceleration duration has
some variability associated with it. This parameter is defined in seconds.
