C.2 Files Created During Installation

During installation, the files described in this section (which contain
information pertinent to the UCTP, MPSDOS, MPSWIN, and/or MPSCONF)
are generated.

NOTE

If you want to run the UCTP program with operating parameters that are
different from those specified during installation, you can reinstall the
UCTP with the MPSSETUP program (see

Section 5.2

), or you can use the

procedure described in this section to change the UCTP parameters.

C.2.1 MPSDOS.CFG

AND

MPSWIN.INI

The MPSDOS.CFG and MPSWIN.INI configuration files contain information
about MPSWIN and MPSDOS respectively. MPSWIN.INI is divided into two
sections: [SETTINGS] (contains MPSWIN information) and [UCTP]
(contains UCTP information). MPSDOS.CFG consists of only one section,
[SETTINGS], which contains MPSDOS information.
