Table sampling

The sample is fed to the top of an inclined plane. The sample stream flows downward and is broken 
up into fractions as it encounters prisms and holes. The draw back of this device is that it depends 
on the initial feed being uniformly distributed and complete mixing after each separation. Thus, 
accuracy is low since errors are compounded at each separation.
