The brake resistor output power diminishes to a rated value of 0 if the inlet temperature is between >45°C
and <60°C.

NOTE!
The water-cooled brake resistors offer the optimum of power loss, which can be dis-
sipated, at a minimum unit volume. However, 10 % of the brake resistor power is not
dissipated via the cooling water. It is emitted to the environmental air.
At operation with rated power the brake resistors reach temperatures of 200 °C on
the rear side.
