Assembly 

Unpacking

  

Remove  the  packing  materials  carefully  from  the  Pedelec  base.  Check  whether  all  parts  and 
documents are enclosed and nothing was lost or damaged during transit. 

IMPORTANT: The initial installation should be performed or tested by a dealer/ specialist. The 
manufacturer is only liable for the delivery status of the bike. Remove the battery before any 
work  on  the  bike.  All  modifications,  extensions  or  repairs  remain  in  your  responsibility. 
Incorrect installation or a lack of testing, can jeopardize driver’s safety and others, especially on 
roads and streets! 
 

Handlebar mounting

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

                         

 

1.

 

First remove the plastic cover from steerer or stem (fig. 1) 

2.

 

Slide in the steerer/stem into the fork tube holder (fig. 2, 3)  

3.

 

Attach  the  headset  with  the  appropriate  screw  (see  figure  4).  In  case  of  a  different  set 
type,  the  lateral fixing  screws  at the end  must be tightened  additionally.  Make  sure  that 
the stem is in parallel to the wheel rim and the handlebar in the right angle to it

During  the  first  tightening  of  the  headset  screw,  the  orientation  of  the  handlebar  is  still 
adjustable.  At  the  end  the  hex  screw  is  to  be  tightened,  so  that  the  handlebar  is 
completely  fixed,  but  at  the  same  the  front  wheel  should  swing  smoothly  (otherwise 
repeat the procedure)
