- Weight of the bike, rider and luggage
Hybrid bike models with Bosch technology indicate the residual range on the operating
computer display, where you can orient yourself while driving. The range for e-power
support is estimated, based on actual battery charge and load average of the drive
Care
For a careful handling of the Hybrid bike note the recommended operating and storage
temperatures. They should remain in the range of -10 to +40 degrees. Protect especially
the battery, drive unit and the operating computer to extreme heat and cold
Do not expose your bike in extreme environments. Avoid harmful, corrosive and
conductive liquids, fats and oils at inappropriate places (e. g. disc brakes), high pressure
fluctuations (e. g. water pressure by bike transport on the car roof, during rain) and
mechanical force
Use only standard vehicle maintenance products (oil, polishing compound, wax
protection, etc.) and follow the instructions given there. Avoid any interference with
safety-related functions, such as brakes, transmission, switching, controls, electronics
Cleaning
The bike and its electrical system are designed such, that sunshine, rain, wind or dust do
not affect normal use and operations. Thus, e. g. the motor, controller , the battery and
operating computer are sealed and provided with gaskets
If the bike needs to be cleaned, it must be ensured that the hosing is hand-made (not
allowed are high-pressure water or steam tools), commercially available detergents and
care products are used and the cleaning with brushes do not harm electrical devices.
Before the next use, the bike and its electrical system should be mainly dry i.e. no
standing water in the battery holder or in brakes

Safety advices
Take the battery out
of the Hybrid bike before you start working (e. g. installation,
maintenance) or transport it by car or by plane or store it for longer. An accidental
pressing of the power button otherwise may cause an injury (wheels, chain etc.)
Do not open the battery pack.
There is a
risk of short-circuiting. Opening the battery
pack voids all warranty claims
Protect the battery against heat
(e. g. continuous intense sunlight), fire and immersing
into the water. There is a risk of explosion
Keep the battery away
from paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws or other small metal
objects that can make a connection from one terminal to another.
Shorting the battery-
terminals may cause burns or a fire. For such short-circuiting damages, warranty claims
