Charge the Li-ion battery only with the specified (Bosch) charger
Before each use, check the charger, cables and connectors for visible defects
Do not open the charger itself and let it only repair by qualified personnel
Keep the charger clean and make sure that the vents of the charger are free and clear
Supervise the loading process of the battery, especially when children are around
Connect the charger to a properly grounded electrical outlet with the right voltage
Do not attempt to open the e-drive by force
The e-drive may get hot in extrem cases. Then don’t touch it with bare skin
The e-drive must not be submerged in water
The engine must not be operated in close proximity to strong magnetic fields
Guarantee, warranty
10 years
guarantee on frame breakage (maximum load according to DIN).
2 years
guarantee on all bicycle parts and components, including Bosch drive unit and battery (criteria:
<500 full charge cycles, <70% of nominal capacity) - except for wear parts!
Note:
Opened items or broken seals will void any claims for compensation!
Not materially affected are your statutory warranty rights that apply in your country.
Warranty claims are processed via the dealer shop, where you have bought the Hybrid bike.
Bike component claims may be handled directly with the original manufacturer.
Note:
Not replaced will be damages caused by improper use, abuse or accident!
