Identity tag
Your ave. Hybrid bike has an identity tag (label) whose data you should provide in complaints,
warranty processing or for repair.
See the label at the lower seat tube end of your Hybrid bike frame.
In case of a loss, it is important to identify the bike quickly. Therefore it is recommended that
you or your dealer note the model’s name and the stamped frame ID number (at the bottom of
the seat tube) into the template below, and keep the manual in a safe place:

You may also write down the number of your battery & frame lock key, than you are prepared
for all eventualities:
