If an error persists despite several remedy attempts, please contact your local ave. dealer or an
auhtorized Bosch eBike Service.
The service personnel will check and do a diagnosis based on the error code, the drive data
stored in the system and your information about the circumstances of the failure. Thus will give
you fast Service response.

Driving safety
The bike should be used for the intended purposes only (see section risks), like the
Touring, Sports, Mobility models on streets, squares, paths (Highway Code compliant) or
the XHybrid models on easy terrain or in hill areas. Please, always consider your own
physical limitations and the technical capabilities of the device
Drive the Hybrid bike according to the traffic rules, in good shape physically and
mentally. If possible wear a helmet and appropriate clothing, that could not become
caught in rotating parts and is well seen in the dark
Adapt your driving style to suit on the weather, lighting and road conditions, and
consider, for example, longer braking distances in the wet and cold, limited signal
detection in low visibility situations and darkness, and keep an appropriated speed
(max. 45 km/h)
Use the provided innovative LED lighting system of the Touring, Sports and Mobility
series, with light levels up to 30 lux and beam tail rear lights, which are clearly visible
from far distances. If your model has daylight, use it to be detected and respected by
other road users earlier. Vehicles with daylight have significantly fewer accidents than
non-illuminated bikes
Do not overload your Hybrid bike (max. load 120 kg, rider plus luggage). Carrier loads
should not exceed more than 20 kg, train loads up to 40 kg. Do not load bulky goods and
