Respond to the prompts as shown:

Enter new component name <COMP2>:

and press

ENTER

Enter new view name <Top>:

Select objects for new component view:

Select COMP1:1 (Front) and COMP1:2 (Top) and press

ENTER

To select a component view instead of the geometry, continue clicking
the geometry until you see the component view name in the tooltip
window. If you accidentally select the wrong view, you can cancel the
selection by selecting the view again with the SHIFT key pressed.

Specify base point:

Pick the lower left corner of the combined view.

The Component Restructure dialog box is displayed.

In the Destination Components list, right-click a vacant area, and select
Create New View.
