Operation using user assignment switches
1. Assign the PowerSave function to U1 to U4 using the SWITCH ASSIGN item
on the menu screen. The Power Save function can be set in more than one of the U1
to U4 switches.
2. When one of the U1 to U4 switches on the front panel in which the Power Save
function has been assigned is pressed, the low-power-consumption mode is
established.
The low-power-consumption mode can be exited by operating any of the front panel
switches, mode switch or adjustment dial.
Supplement
• GoToPowerSave among the HARDWARE SETTING items on the menu screen
can also be used at the same time.
• PS-Auto Timer among the HARDWARE SETTINGitems on the menu screen can
also be used at the same time.
• When Bi-Edge or Edge has been set for external control (contact power supply),
PowerSave can also be used at the same time.
• When Level has been set for external control (contact power supply), PowerSave
of external control (contact power supply) takes precedence.
Operation from external control (Level setting)
1. Assign the PowerSave function by selecting Level for pin numbers R1 to R12
using the REMOTE ASSIGN item on the menu screen. The same function cannot
be assigned in more than one of the pin numbers R1 to R12.
2. When the external control (contact power supply) remote connector to which the
Power Save function has been assigned is set to make (low level), the
low-power-consumption mode is established.
The low-power-consumption mode can be exited by setting the external control (contact
power supply) remote connector to which the Power Save function has been assigned to
open (high level).
Supplement
The low-power-consumption mode can be set to ON or OFF only using Power Save
for the external control (contact power supply) when Level has been set for external
control (contact power supply). There will be no response to the operation of any other
switch.
