8.8.3 Moving the exact following harrow to the working/transport position
8.8.3.1 Move the exact following harrow into working position
The roller and the coulters force the soil
outwards to different extents depending on the
forward speed and condition of the soil. Set the
outer harrow such that the soil is guided back
and a trackless seedbed is created. The greater
the forward speed, the further the square tubes
(Fig. 200/1) have to be pushed outwards.
Clamp the square tubes with the outer harrows
after every adjustment. The central key (Fig.
200/2) is used to tighten the bolts.

8.8.3.2 Moving the exact following harrow into transport position
The outer tines of the exact following harrow can exceed the permissible transport width during
transport and protrude into the traffic area, see section "Legal regulations and safety", page 169. To
avoid exceeding the permissible transport width, insert both square tubes (Fig. 200/1) with the outer
harrows into the harrow carrier tube up to the stop.
Clamp the square tubes with the outer harrows after every adjustment. The central key (Fig. 200/2) is
used to tighten the bolts.
8.8.4 Seeding without exact following harrow (exact following harrow lift)
The hydraulic cylinder (Fig. 201/1) that lifts the
exact following harrow is actuated

Without Comfort hydraulic system:
With a separate control valve, see section

With Comfort hydraulic system:
According to the selection on the control
terminal, see "ISOBUS software" operating
manual.
Always move the hydraulic cylinder (Fig. 201/1)
to the end position.
