12.5.2 Checking / readjusting / replacing the TwinTeC roller scraper

Adhere to the inspection intervals,
see section "Maintenance schedule", page 188.

Checking the roller scraper

The distance between the press roller and the scraper is approx. 3 mm over the entire perimeter of
the press roller.

Readjusting/replacing the scraper

After loosening the hexagon nut (Fig. 245/2),
move the scraper (Fig. 245/1) to an equal
distance from the clean press roller (Fig. 245/3).
