12.6.8 Replacing the grid on the RoTeC Pro Control coulter
Workshop work
Replace the grid in case of wear:
1. Remove the depth control disc/wheel (Fig.
267/1).
Fig. 267
2. Loosen the socket head bolt 16X 45 (Fig.
268/1)

Tightening torque: 220 Nm.
3. Remove the coulter disc (Fig. 268/2).

4. Loosen 2 lock nuts M 8 (Fig. 269/1)

Tightening torque: 25 Nm

Use new lock nuts.
5. Replace the grid (Fig. 269/2).
Assembly is performed in the reverse sequence.
