8.2.1

Aligning the disc gangs with each other

Workshop work

It may be necessary to align the disc gangs

•

to adjust the working depth of the two disc
gangs relative to each other.

•

to prevent lateral pull on the implement.

•

to compensate for different degrees of wear
in the disc gangs.

Adjusting the disc gangs relative to each
other using the spindles.

1. Align the unfolded implement horizontally.

2. Hydraulically set the working depth to the

smallest value.

→

The discs are not standing on the ground.

3. Adjust all of the spindles with the spanner.

Adjust the working depth via the spindle length,
see page 82.

Adjust the spindles so that all of the disc

carriers are aligned evenly.
