12.4 Coulter replacement and tine replacement
CAUTION
•
The tines and coulters can be replaced on the field. For this
purpose, slightly raise the implement in order to minimise the
risk of injuries by the implement lowering unintentionally.
•
On a solid substrate the implement must not be set down on the
coulters.
CAUTION
Risk of injury from sharp edges.
•
Take special care when changing coulters!!
•
Prevent the screws from turning in the square.
•
Always use protective goggles and gloves!
12.4.1 Tine replacement
(1) Shear bolt: M12 x 80 12.9
Screw tightening torque: 145 Nm.
(2) Fastening bolts: M20:
Screw tightening torque: 410 Nm
