Description of the oil filling.
Equalization tank with status marking
- Turn the shaft alternately to the left and right while slowly pouring in new oil.
- The correct quantity is filled in when the filling level is visible on the mark of the buffer tank.
16.4.4 Air pressure in the pump
Also check the air pressure in the air vessel of the pump. The air pressure is based on the required
spraying pressure of approx. 0.5 -1.5 bar = 1/3 of the working pressure at the nozzle.
Attention!
Incorrect pressure settings can lead to poor readings, pressure pulsation and diaphragm rupture.
16.4.5 Replacement and inspection of suction and discharge valves
- Note the location of each intake and exhaust valve before removing them all from the pressure
and intake manifolds.
- Make sure that the valve baskets are not damaged during assembly. Damage can lead to
blocking of the valves.
- Tighten the nuts to the specified torque.
Description of the valve set:
- Disconnect the pump from the machine
- Loosen nuts on pressure and suction lines
- Remove pressure and suction pipe collar
- Remove the valve.
- Check valve seats, valves, springs and valve discs for damage or wear.
- Remove the O-ring.
- Replace damaged parts.
- Reinstall the valve after testing and cleaning.
- Put on the new O-rings.
- Connect the pressure and suction lines to the pump.
- Tighten the nut briefly to a torque of 11Nm.
