Measuring containers and measuring devices are designed to measure the required amount of
chemicals.
It is recommended to first fill the tank 75% with water and then add the chemicals.
When mixing powdered preparations, it is recommended to fill the tank 40% with water, then pour
in the agents and top up with water and mix well.
When mixing several preparations, as a rule (unless otherwise stated in the instructions for use), the
powder preparations are mixed first, then the water-soluble preparations, then the emulsions with
water.
No more than 3 preparations should be mixed together.
Attention!
When mixing crop protection agents, wear the protective clothing prescribed by the chemical
manufacturer! There is a great risk of coming into contact with chemicals when preparing spray
liquid!
Attention!
Never walk away from the eco-mixer when it is in operation!
9.3.3 Mixture of powdered agents and urea
- Set the 5-way stopcock on the injector (ecomixer), the working pressure gauge must be set to at
least 5 - 8 bar so that the injector extracts enough from the ecomixer.
- To add the powder preparations, the rinsing tap of the Ecomixer must first be opened.
- Gradually add the powdered preparations to the ecomixer
- Open the tap of the ecomixer and the powdered preparations will be sucked off.
- When mixing powdered preparations, make sure that the Ecomixer and the sieve in the
Ecomixer are rinsed well.
Attention!
If the machine is equipped with an additional rinsing gun, the gun must be handled carefully to
ensure that no pesticides get over the edge of the eco-mixer.
Note. :
The urea is dissolved by continuously pumping the liquid into the tank. The dissolution of the
urea leads to a strong cooling of the spray liquid, which slows down the dissolution. The warmer
the water, the faster and better the urea dissolves.
9.3.4 Ecomixer rinsing
- When the mixing of chemicals is complete, turn on the faucet to rinse the ecomixer (open the
faucet just enough to prevent water from spraying out or misting up) and wash the inside walls
of the ecomixer, if a rinse gun is available, you can use it to rinse out the remaining chemicals.
