- Only after thoroughly washing the inside of the tank may be repaired in the tank. There must be
a ladder in the tank.
16.1 Cleaning
- Regular cleaning of the machine is a prerequisite for proper maintenance and facilitates the
operation of the machine.
- Inspect the machine for common corrosion. Pay special attention to the maintenance of the brake,
air and hydraulic lines.
- Lubricate the machine after washing, especially after washing with high pressure equipment,
steam or degreasing agents.
- Observe the regulations for handling cleaning agents.
Attention!
Never treat the brake lines with gasoline, benzene, kerosene or mineral oil!
16.2 Washing with high pressure cleaner / steam cleaner
- Do not clean electrical parts.
- Never point the cleaning jet directly at the lubrication points.
- The minimum distance between the nozzle and the spray section must be 30 cm.
- Observe the safety regulations for handling high-pressure or steam cleaners.
16.3 Frost protection (drainage)
- Before emptying, the machine must be washed and rinsed with clean water.
- Open the tap of the main tank and the clean water tank.
- Turn on the suction filter.
- Unfold the linkage.
- Switch on the main valve and the boom section valves.
- Switch the pressure control on the screen to "manual".
- Set the pressure regulator on the air pressure gauge to maximum.
- Switch on the pump ( rpm540 ).
- Set the 5-way tap to "Spray" and let the water flow until only air comes out of the nozzles. For
perfect drainage, tilt the boom to the left and right with the blades in the up position respectively.
- Then set the 5-way tap to "Ecomixer".
- Open the water tap to rinse the ecomixer, then switch to rinsing the canisters and press the nozzle
until water comes out.
- Switch the 5-way tap to "agitate" and then to "rinse main tank".
- Remove the drain plug from the pump.
- Switch off the pump.
- Screw on the check valves
- Turn on the pressure filters.
- Remove all nozzles.
- Rotate all drip-stop valves out of the nozzle holders (watch for loss of drip-stop diaphragm).
