7 General description of the functions
7.1 Building block concept
The syringe can be manufactured according to the customer's wishes and requirements for
individual applications.
Attention!
The axles have air suspension and can be equipped with mounted or flotation tires of various sizes
and track widths.
7.2 Container
Main tank with capacity of 11000, 12000, 13000 and 14000 liters for chemicals and fertilizers.
The clean water tank is integrated into the front of the main tank.
A 15-liter canister is available for hand washing.
7.3 Pumps
The choice of the type of piston diaphragm spray pump depends on the tank size, the working width
of the boom and the desired application rate. The pump is driven by a tractor PTO drive or
hydraulically by a hydraulic motor. A hydraulically driven centrifugal pump is provided for filling
the sprayer.
7.4 Filling
The spray tank can be filled in various ways, e.g. via the Fix-Loc (Kamloc) or the C-coupling:

The sprayer can be equipped with a tank stop device, which closes the tank supply via a computer,
an air piston and a tap to prevent the main tank from overflowing.
The chemical concentrate can be pumped into the main tank from the bottom with the help of an
ice rinsing sluice. Thanks to the rinsing, it is also possible to dissolve and extract powdered
preparations or clean the walls of the single-flush sluice. In addition, the induction hopper has a
device for rinsing the pesticide tanks with a rotating rinsing nozzle.
