10 Syringes
Before applying plant protection products, the following recommendations should be followed.
Attention!
Do not switch on the nozzles if the boom is not folded out.

When selecting nozzles, the manufacturer's recommendations should be followed and the
nozzle and pressure should be selected according to the driving speed and wind force.
- Overlapping sprays should be avoided during application to prevent damage to the plant from
overdosing.
- There is also a risk of overlapping when turning at the edge of the field. When turning on the
inside, the boom "stands" in the same place and overlaps occur.
- It must be prevented that the product is used up on neighboring properties!
- Travel speeds of up to 6 km/h with a standard nozzle of 1 - 2.0 bar reduce drift.
- We recommend low-drift injector nozzles
- The best conditions for drift-free application are: Wind > 3 m/s, especially in the morning and
evening, humidity above 40%.
10.1 With standard equipment
After the boom is in working position, the following should be observed before use:

The taps (clean water, external filling) must be closed during spraying,
- The suction tap must be directed towards the "pump".
- Turn the 5-way stopcock to "Spray".
- The hose rinsing must be closed (special equipment).
- Enter the required values into the computer.
- The on-board computer is switched on.
- The boom folding control must be switched on. If it is not displayed, the wings are not fully
extended.
- Switch on the piston diaphragm pump.
- Switch on part width section valves
- Switching on the main valve
Attention!
The speed of the pump must not exceed 540 rpm!
The pressure of the liquid at the nozzle can be checked with a pressure gauge on the railing of the
platform.
At the end of the field, switching the main shut-off valve immediately shuts off spraying.
11 Cleaning and rinsing
After finishing work, the syringe must be thoroughly rinsed inside and out.
If chemicals have accidentally settled in the device, the device should be washed with solvents.
