Procedure:

-

The clean water tank must be filled with clean water.

-

Switch on the piston diaphragm pump and run it at minimum speed.

-

Unwind the hose completely from the reel.

-

Set the controller to the "Clear water" position and the function selector switch to the "Outdoor
wash" position.

-

Use washing gun

-

Caution. Do not aim at people!

-

With a manual regulator, the pressure can be adjusted to the selected nozzle size, excess liquid
is returned to the clean water tank (to save clean water).

Maintenance and care of the machine

Here  you  will  find  information  on  cleaning,  maintenance,  adjustment  and  care  of  the  trailed
sprayer.
Regular maintenance of the sprayer is a prerequisite for trouble-free use of the machine.

Attention!

Observe the safety instructions during maintenance and care.

-

Maintenance and adjustment work under moving parts of the machine, which are in an elevated
position, may only be carried out if they are secured against movement by the safety devices
provided for this purpose.

Description:

-

Regular, professionally performed maintenance ensures a long service life of the machine and
prevents rapid wear. Regular and professionally performed maintenance is a prerequisite for
recognition of the warranty.

Only use original spare parts.

-

Use only original hoses and use stainless steel hose clamps for assembly.

-

Special expertise is required for repair and maintenance.
However, this expertise is not the content of this manual!

-

Pay attention to environmental protection and the relevant regulations when cleaning and
maintaining the machine.

-

Observe the prescribed methods for the disposal of working materials such as oils and
lubricants. These regulations also apply to the disposal of parts that have come into contact with
these substances.

-

When lubricating with a high-pressure press, the pressure must not exceed 400 bar.

-

Switch off the power supply to the computer during maintenance work, especially when welding
on the sprayer.

-

It is forbidden:

  - to drill on     the chassis
  - Re-drill the existing holes in the chassis frame.
  - Welding of the chassis beam parts.
- Cover the cable and hose routing at critical points:
- for welding, drilling and grinding.
- when working with wire cutters near plastic power lines.

-

Wash the machine thoroughly with water before each repair.

-

Repairs to the machine must not be carried out as long as the machine's pump is switched on.
