Safety and accident prevention regulations

4.2.1

General safety instructions

Test the traffic and operational safety before each commissioning!

Observe the recommendations in this manual and the general safety and accident prevention
regulations!

Observe the relevant regulations when using the machine on public roads!

The driving speed must be adapted to the driving conditions, the gradient and the tank filling
level!

The maximum permissible speed when driving with the cultivation or floating tires must be
adapted to the recommendations of the tire manufacturers!

Before starting work, it is necessary to familiarize yourself with all the equipment, controls and
functions of the machine!

Make sure that no other people are around before you start!

Make sure you have a good view of the machine and your surroundings!

Check the traffic facilities - e.g. lighting, warning and safety signs!

Pay attention to the yaw and centrifugal force of the machine when cornering!

Riding on the machine during work and transport is prohibited!

The permissible weight per axle, hitch and support leg must not be exceeded!

When folding and unfolding the boom, no one is allowed to be in the folding area!

It is forbidden to stay under the unfolded boom!

There are shear points on all hydraulically folded areas!

4.2.2

Safety regulations for road traffic

When participating in road traffic, you must comply with the rules of the road traffic
regulations!

The machine must be equipped with the prescribed equipment.

The driving speed must be adapted to the terrain profile!

Special care must be taken when driving on slopes. Danger of the machine tipping over!

In difficult terrain, make sure that the machine has sufficient ground clearance!

The maximum speed allowed is 40 km/h.

When used on the road, nothing must be attached behind the sprayer.

It is forbidden to carry people on the machine.

Operation of the machine in poor visibility conditions is prohibited.

Always clean the side fenders before driving on public roads.

4.2.3

Hydraulic system

The hydraulic system is under pressure!

When connecting hydraulic cylinders and pumps, the prescribed connection of the hydraulic hoses
must be observed!

Check the hydraulic hose lines regularly and replace them if damaged or aged!
