-
The replaced hose lines must comply with the technical requirements of the machine
manufacturer!
-
Use appropriate equipment when searching for leaks due to the risk of injury!
-
Liquids escaping under high pressure (hydraulic oil) can penetrate the skin and cause serious
injuries! In case of injuries, consult a physician immediately! There is a risk of infection!
-
Before working on the hydraulic system, lower the boom to the transport position or lower it
completely when folded out.
The unit must not be under pressure!
Attention!
The hydraulic system is under high pressure!
Always release the pressure carefully before working on the hydraulic system.
Only allow professionally trained personnel to carry out work on the hydraulics.
Custom modifications or changes to the hydraulic system will void the warranty.
4.2.4
Drive
-
Before switching on the drive, make sure that the selected tractor speed matches the maximum
speed of the sprayer pump and that no one is in the vicinity of the sprayer!
-
Never switch on the drive with the motor switched off!
4.2.5
Brakes
-
Set the load controller to the appropriate load level.
-
Check the brakes before every ride!
-
The adjustment and repair of the brakes may only be carried out by specialist workshops or
approved service technicians!
4.2.6
Tires
-
When working on tires, the machine must be secured against rolling away (wheel chocks).
-
The assembly of wheels and tires requires sufficient knowledge and the prescribed tools!
-
Wheel and tire repairs may only be carried out by qualified personnel and with the tools intended
for this purpose!
-
Check the wheel bolt nuts! Failure to do so may result in loss of the wheel and overturning of the
machine!
-
Retighten after the first 50 km and regularly check the tightness of the tightening.
-
Check the air pressure of the tires regularly! The pressure must correspond to the load capacity
and the actual load of the wheels!
-
Check your tires regularly for damage (cuts, holes, dents)!
-
On the tire is a table with pressure values for different speeds.
4.2.7
Repair and maintenance
-
Regularly check whether the screws and nuts are tightened or retighten them!
-
Dispose of oils, greases and filters properly!
-
Before working on the electrical system, disconnect the machine from the power supply!
-
If safety devices are subject to wear, they must be checked regularly and replaced in good time!
-
When welding on the sprayer, the power supply must be disconnected!
-
Do not open any lines that are under pressure! First depressurize with water taps!
-
Only hoses with an operating pressure of at least 20 bar and which meet the required mechanical,
chemical and temperature resistance may be used as replacement hoses for crop protection agents!
Only stainless steel hose clamps may be used for assembly!
