Uncouple

The machine may only be uncoupled with an empty tank on a level, solid surface (danger of
tipping over / danger of rolling away).

Only uncouple the sprayer with the boom folded in (risk of the machine tipping over).

Before disconnecting the hoses and cables:
-Tighten the handbrake
-Secure the machine against spontaneous movements
- In the case of 2-circuit brakes, first disconnect the red coupling head (standard) and then the
yellow coupling head of the brake line, observe this sequence, otherwise the sprayer may not
block and may move spontaneously.

Secure the hoses and cables with the end caps at the designated locations.
When disconnecting and connecting the trailed sprayer, follow the instructions for connecting
the sprayer. However, proceed in reverse order.
8.3
Driving with the trailed sprayer
8.3.1
Control before each ride
The operator must:
-
check the effectiveness of the control and safety devices before each commissioning.
-
observe the condition and defects of the sprayer during driving and spraying.
-
rectify the defects found (or have them rectified by a professional service).
-
when replacing the operator, communicate any defects found.
Test before each ride:
-
correct connection of hoses and cables.
-
correct connection of the sprayer to the tractor.
-
whether the handbrake is fully released.
-
correct air pressure and tire condition.
-
Strength of the wheel studs (the nuts must be tightened to the correct torque).
-
that the brakes have no visible defects.
-
the lighting is not damaged or dirty and is working.
8.3.2
Control after each ride
-
Check the brake drums and wheel hubs for overheating after every ride.
-
stop operation if defects on the machine endanger its safety.
8.3.3
Towing de r trailed sprayer
Attention!
Special care should be taken when pulling the sprayer without the brake hoses connected, as the
unit will not brake.
The sprayer must be connected to the towed vehicle before the trailer brake valve is unlocked.
The towing vehicle must be braked.
