Procedure:
- The 5-way valve must be set to "Flushing the tank".
- Turn the inlet tap in the direction of the "pump".
- Flush the tank at a pump speed of 250 rpm.
- If the sprayer is equipped with a 2nd agitator, it must be switched on and the 1st agitator must be
switched on by turning the 5-way tap.
- If it is necessary to rinse the "Ecomixer", switch the 5-way tap to "Ecomixer" and rinse the
ecomixer and the rinsing nozzle with clear water
- When everything has been flushed long enough, switch off the drive and thus the pump.
The technical residue of the machine must be diluted at least 10 times and sprayed on the treated
surface without damage.
Procedure:
- Turn the 5-way stopcock to "spray".
- Set the suction tap to "Pump".
- Switch on the drive (speed 540/min).
- Let's go.
- Switch on the boom sections.
- Switch on the main sprayer switch while driving.
After completion of the application of diluted spray residues:

Switch off the main switch on the control panel.
- Switch off the drive and thus the pump.
To drain the diluted residue, proceed as follows (in doing so, the residual products should always
be left in the tank for later use, stored for the next application or disposed of in accordance with the
applicable regulations):
- Pressure and suction filters:
- Turn on the filters and catch the rest.
- If the filters are equipped with drain cocks, open the drain cock of the filter and catch the
residues.
- Linkage:
- Unfold
- Tilt it slightly.
- Loosen the drip guard on the lowest nozzle of each section and collect residue
Turn the drain plug (1 Fig.11/1) of the piston diaphragm pump.
